I am a certified Thai Yoga Massage therapist with 7 years of experience in this art. TYM is a nourishing experience for your body, mind, and soul. It combines deep relaxation, gentle stretching, and precise pressure point therapy in a harmonious blend. Nowadays, it is also influenced by osteopathy.

I am delighted to offer both 75- and 90-minute full-body Thai Yoga Massage sessions, available either in Thalwil or in the comfort of your own space.

Thai Yoga Massage

Hatha Yoga practice equips me with valuable tools to enhance my body awareness, strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being. It enables me to explore my body's potential, understand its limitations, and teach me to respect both.

In meditation, whether in stillness or motion, I practice being present in my body and with my feelings. I'm learning to embrace and acknowledge them.

After 14 years of personal yoga practice, I've noticed its positive impact on my self-development and healing journey. It helps me distinguish between what's important and what's truly mine, allowing me to establish healthy boundaries. It's an ongoing process, and I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve.
